Scheduling a Call with Us to Define Your Needs Clearly.

Begin by scheduling a call with us to clarify your requirements. This initial consultation is obligation-free and facilitated by our experts. During this call, we will discuss the specific services you require and determine the number of hours of staffing you need. Our team will guide you through our operational process and outline the subsequent steps involved in hiring offshore staff with us. Share the job descriptions in detail.

Set up & Introduction to POC

We will schedule an onboarding & introduction call with you and the POC. During this call, we will ensure the availability of the necessary tools required to kick-start the work, discussing initial work assignments and providing access to CRM software or any other essential systems you feel necessary to move ahead. Additionally, we will introduce you to your designated Point of Contact (POC) who will be your main liaison throughout the engagement.

What is POC (Point of Contact)?

The Point of Contact is a subject matter expert who serves as a senior staff member within our organization. They possess extensive knowledge in their field and play a crucial role in assisting you and our offshore staff with various issues. This includes providing technical expertise, training support for staff members, and acting as a bridge between you and the staff member to ensure that your work expectations are met satisfactorily.

Signing Up for a Free Trial & NDNC Agreement

After introduction to POC, there’s no immediate need to commit to our services until you are 100% satisfied with our services after completion of free trial period. Whichever service you choose, we offer a straightforward free trial period. During this phase, you are under no obligation to  make any payments to us. This trial period allows you to experience our services firsthand and ensure they align perfectly with your expectations. During this period of free trial, our subject matter expert that is POC will start working on your projects for the couple weeks/months depending upon your requirements. 

If you are not satisfied with the services during the free trial, you can choose to stop working with us anytime you want, no questions will be asked. 

Step 4

Confirmation and IT Setup

Once you sign up for the Free Trial, we will initiate the IT setup process. Our dedicated IT team will configure the necessary tools and resources essential for the seamless performance of your selected candidate’s role. This ensures that everything is prepared and ready for a smooth onboarding process.

Step 5

Signing Up for The Service After Completion of Free Trial

After the completion of the free trial period, if you feel confident in our services, you can proceed to sign up. We understand the importance of trust and satisfaction, so if you are not fully convinced after the free trial of our POC, you can discontinue our services at any time without any questions asked or we can provide you with a replacement POC. If you find that the assigned staff member is not meeting your expectations in terms of competence, we will promptly provide a replacement to ensure your needs are met effectively.

Step 6

Scheduling a No Obligation Interview Process

Based on your specified needs, our POC person will meticulously identify candidates after working on your projects himself/herself and get to understand the needs of the work you have in your organization and identify who will align with your requirements perfectly. We will then share the candidates resumes with you and coordinate an interview process at your convenience. You have the flexibility to conduct multiple round of interviews as necessary to thoroughly assess each candidate. Throughout this process, there is no obligation on your part. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely confident in your decision before proceeding with hiring your offshore team member.

The Point of Contact (POC) will identify candidates based on your specific requirements and expectations. The POC will either communicate these requirements to our recruitment team or utilize internal resources within our organization to source suitable candidates. Each candidate will undergo several internal interview assessments before their resumes are shared with you, ensuring that they are filtered and aligned with our criteria.

Step 7

Managing and Building Your Offshore Team

Now that you have signed up for our services, you can begin managing and building your offshore team. During this phase, you can familiarize your team with your work processes and client workflows. It’s an opportunity to impart your organization’s methodologies, with involvement from your onshore managers and supervisors.

If you identify areas where a staff member may need additional support or training, we are here to assist and even the POC person assigned to you will be helping the staff in terms of any technical glitch, providing training to them, nurturing them and always working as a bridge between you and staff. We can arrange specific training programs or sessions to enhance their skills and ensure they align seamlessly with your requirements.

Ongoing Review and Feedback

During the initial stages of onboarding, it’s crucial to conduct regular review meetings and feedback sessions. These sessions are designed to assess the progress of your offshore staff, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help them understand their work responsibilities better.

By following this structured onboarding process, your offshore staff will have a better opportunity to integrate seamlessly into their roles and make meaningful contributions to your organization’s success.
